PTR (Pointer) records

Postby cvanvollenstee » Thu Sep 08, 2011 1:02 pm

Hello,

I am trying to change my nameservers at my domain host but they give the following issue when doing this.

Good Day

Please note that the nameservers are correctly setup onfullkick the domain name. Your ISP must ensure that the PTR records are set up for these name servers. Kindly contact people
(ISP) that are delegating the IP address for you and ask them to setup PTR (Pointer) records.

Could you please advice me what I am doing wrong?
